NEO Sport Zone E-Bike Warranty

1. Warranty Period

At NEO Sport Zone, we take pride in the durability and quality of our e-bikes. Each NEO Sport Zone e-bike comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

📌 Warranty Details:

  • The 2-year warranty starts from the date you receive your e-bike, not the purchase date.
  • This warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by human factors.
  • Free accessories and giveaways are not covered under the warranty.

2. Warranty Coverage

We stand behind our products! If your e-bike has a manufacturer defect, we will replace the affected part free of charge (excluding shipping costs).

📌 Important: While replacement parts are free under warranty, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

3. What’s Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

❌ Improper assembly or maintenance
❌ Corrosion or water damage
❌ Paint fading, scratches, or impact marks
❌ Damage from accidents, abuse, or neglect
❌ Unauthorized repairs or modifications
❌ Damage caused by third-party battery chargers

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, email us at support@neosportzone.com with:
✔ Buyer’s Name
✔ Order Number
✔ E-Bike Model
✔ Detailed description of the issue
✔ Photos or videos showing the problem

Our team will review your claim and determine if a repair or replacement is needed.

2️⃣ Shipping Damage Claims

If your e-bike arrives damaged during shipping, please:
📸 Take photos/videos of the package before opening.
📩 Email us at support@neosportzone.com with your order details and proof of damage.

⚠ Shipping damage claims must be reported within 30 days of receiving your e-bike.
