Free Shipping Service
At NEO Sport Zone, we prioritize fast and efficient delivery. To support this, we have warehouses in the USA and Canada, allowing us to ship products quickly while ensuring excellent after-sales support.
We offer free shipping on all orders, except for remote areas that may incur additional surcharges or locations where logistics are unavailable. Shipping fees and taxes are covered by us, so buyers do not need to pay any additional charges.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses—please provide a complete shipping address.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
- Tracking updates will be available once your package arrives in your country. The final stage of delivery will be handled by FedEx, USPS, DPD, Postal Service, or a local trucking company.

Shipping Method
Due to battery restrictions, our shipping process consists of two stages:
- First Stage: Transportation via sea or rail to your country.
- Second Stage: Upon arrival, FedEx, UPS, DPD, Postal, or a trucking company will take over final delivery to your home.
Important:
- Tracking may not be available during the first stage (sea/rail transport).

Assembly Upon Delivery
Your e-bike will arrive partially assembled in a box. You’ll need to:

✅ Assemble the wheels, pedals, and handlebars
✅ Tighten all components

We prioritize shipping from the warehouse closest to your location for faster delivery. However, delivery times may vary based on location, warehouse availability, and logistics policies.

Shipping Changes & Order Cancellations
Before Shipment:

Order Cancellation:
- Within 2 hours: No cancellation fee.
- Before shipping begins: 10% cancellation fee for assembly, packaging, and processing costs.
- Change of Shipping Address: No fee.
- Exchange of Items: No fee.
After Shipment:

Order Cancellation:
- If the package has already shipped, you may reject the delivery. However, a 20% reshipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Change of Address:
- Successful change: $50 processing fee.
- Unsuccessful change: If the package cannot be redirected, you may reject it, and a 25% fee will be applied.

Exchange of Items:
- Successful exchange: $50 processing fee.
- Unsuccessful exchange: If not possible, rejecting the package will result in a 25% fee deduction.
Important Notes:
- Reshipping fees refer to processing costs for returned parcels, not additional shipping fees.
- If a return/exchange is not due to a product defect, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance fees. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
